A package of cuteness

I received this package of cuteness in the mail the other day...all packed in a polka dot mailer with a hand drawn girl. these cute things were made by mixed media artist, sam viloria. thank you sam for being so generous with your work!

I met Jessica and Will from Son of a Sailor at a show in San Francisco many years ago. I have admired their work and am lucky enough to own a few pieces from them which I wear constantly. In fact as I write this post, I am wearing one of their initial necklaces. They are not just super talented people but are genuinely nice folks. So I am happy to be on their blog as one of their maker stories. see here for some new work and a few things about me.
